Future Research

I have started the next phase of my research.  I am continuing last year's project with a focus on creating a working prototype to use in the field.  The first step in this process is experimenting with different fall heights using multiple, cascading beams.  My new project it titled "Optimizing the Design of a Piezoelectric Crystal Tree to Harvest Electrical Energy from Rainwater."
